| Charles Huang has been a director of SOHU since October 2001.
He is the founder and Chairman of Netbig Education Holdings Ltd. Prior to
founding Netbig in 1999, Mr. Huang worked as Executive Director & Head of
Asia Securitization Group of Deutsche Bank, New York & Hong Kong, as well as
Senior Vice President of Prudential Securities Inc, New York. He holds an M.S.
degree in Computer Science from MIT and a B.S. degree from University of Science
and Technology of China. |
