Beijing, CHINA, March 22, 2001 - For the third consecutive month Internet company SOHU.com (NASDAQ: SOHU) is taking top honors and widening its lead in the web rankings of audience measurement company iamasia, confirming its status as the largest portal in Mainland China. Iamasia collected record high numbers for SOHU.com Inc. in the categories of unique visitors (5.36 million) and reach (57.9%) for February, widening SOHU.com's lead over the nearest competitor.

According to iamasia, users spent more than 5.5 million hours browsing the SOHU properties of www.sohu.com and www.chinaren.com in February, as compared to 4.9 million in the previous month. Page views continued a steady growth momentum of 19% to reach a total of 934 million, 43% higher than the nearest competitor. Iamasia is the leading Internet audience measurement company for the Asia-Pacific region.
